Randy is currently a member of the Holloway Terrace Volunteer Fire Company, No. 1. -.
Joined the Wilmington Manor Fire Company in January 1976 before joining the Holloway Terrace Fire Company in 1984. Randy has held the offices of Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Vice President and Board of Director. Served as 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President and President of the New Castle County Volunteer Firefighter's Association (1995). Served three terms as New Castle County Director for the DVFA.
