Thomas was a member of the Talleyville Volunteer Fire Company.
Thomas E. Marshall served the Talleyville Fire Company as Assistant Secretary, Secretary, 1st Assistant Fire Chief, Captain and President. He was employed by Du Pont Company as a pressure technician. He was a past President of the New Castle County Volunteer Firemen's Association. His wife Beatrice Gray Marshall died in 2016. Thomas E. Marshall was laid to rest in the Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery, Wilmington, Delaware. Sent Pres Miller several messages asking for information.
