Fire Engineer Minos E Scott, received injuries sustained in a fall from a fire engine while responding to a call for a major fire along the Milford riverfront in December 1927. The rig that he was riding on hit a bump and Scott fell to the ground. He died in early January 1928. He was a blacksmith by trade.
