Kent County Vol. Firefighter’s Association
Richard is currently a member of the Clayton Fire Company, No. 1 Inc.. He holds the positons of Chaplain within the Kent County Fire Chief's Association, and Chaplain within the Kent County Vol. Firefighter’s Association. He also serves on the Critical Incident Stress committee.
